Surrounded by forest, mountains, and sunshine, participants are invited to step out of the pace of daily life and into a mindful and deeper rhythm guided by the principles of The RG Life 4 Pillars.

Love Yourself, Heart Opening Yoga: A gentle, heart-centered yoga class focused on chest-opening postures, emotional release, and self-reflection. Includes guided introspection and journaling. All levels welcome—come as you are.
