Canceling Your Subscription:
For Customers: Log in to your account, go to My Account → Subscriptions, select the relevant video/digital product, and click Cancel Subscription. You can also use the Manage subscription link in your original order email.
For Site Owners: Log in to the site management interface, go to Lists & Segments → Customers, select the customer, open the Recurring tab in Customer Details, and click Cancel Subscription.
Refund Policies:
Annual Subscriptions: Full refunds are available only if canceled within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are offered.
Auto-Renew: Disabling auto-renew stops future charges at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.

The 6-Step Morning Reset & Renew is a full-body ritual designed to wake you up from the inside out—physically, mentally, and energetically. This is more than a routine; it’s a layered practice that combines steam therapy, circulation-boosting touch, breathwork, and movement to help you transition into your day feeling clear, grounded, and fully alive.
Begin in the shower by adding a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil to the floor. As the steam rises, it creates a natural aromatherapy experience that helps open the sinuses, invigorate the senses, and gently stimulate the nervous system. As you cleanse your body and follow with an oil-based scrub, you’re not only refreshing your skin—you’re increasing circulation, supporting lymphatic flow, and awakening your body through intentional touch.
The scalp massage continues this activation. Using firm, circular motions across the entire head helps increase blood flow, support hair and scalp health, and energize the mind. It’s a simple but powerful way to move out of a sluggish state and into alertness.
One of the most impactful—and often overlooked—steps is the ear massage paired with Lion’s Breath. The ears contain reflexology points connected to different organs and systems throughout the body. Gently massaging them can help stimulate these points, improve circulation, and promote a sense of overall balance. When combined with Lion’s Breath—a deep inhale through the nose followed by a strong, open-mouthed exhale with the tongue extended—you release tension held in the face, jaw, and throat. This breathwork technique is known to reduce stress, reset the nervous system, and create an immediate feeling of emotional release and clarity.
Next, move into a full-body massage using oil, lotion, or both. This step is about slowing down and reconnecting. Intentional self-touch helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and signal safety to the body, which can lower cortisol and support a calmer, more regulated state.
Body tapping follows—starting at the neck and moving down to the feet. This rhythmic stimulation energizes the body, supports lymphatic drainage, and helps wake up every system. It’s like turning the lights on internally.
Finally, bring in music and movement. Jump, dance, shake—let your body move freely. This boosts endorphins, elevates your mood, and shifts your energy into a more joyful, expansive state. End by smiling and giving yourself a hug, anchoring in the feeling of being present, energized, and renewed.
