Set within the quiet serenity of the Labyrinth forest, this four‑day RG Life retreat unfolds in and around a cozy heated yurt—an intentional container for reflection, movement, and reconnection. Surrounded by forest, mountains, and sunshine, participants are invited to step out of the pace of daily life and into a mindful and deeper rhythm guided by the principles of The RG Life 4 Pillars.

This retreat weaves together yoga, Pilates, forest bathing, mediative hikes, sound healing, inspirational discussions, and journaling. Let’s create an experience together that nourishes the body, resets the nervous system, and awakens your inner clarity. The yurt serves as a sanctuary and gathering space—a place where breath, movement, and shared presence creates an intimate, and grounded expierence.

How It Works

  • Select the RG Life retreat that fits your schedule:

    • June 10–14, 2026 — Vail Valley, Colorado

    • September 9–13, 2026 — Vail Valley, Colorado

    Both retreats offer four days of movement, nature, ritual, and connection, thoughtfully designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit.

  • Secure your place with a $3,500 retreat fee. Lodging is not included; options will be provided for booking. Retreat fees are fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before your retreat.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Prepare for a transformational retreat: pack for comfort, nature, and movement, and set your intention for a restorative, rejuvenating journey.
